Who Is Tina M. Payne?
Tina M. Payne is a 16 year Registered Nurse, Speaker, Author, mom of five, and Business Coach to nurses who desire time freedom by monetizing their skills and creating a legacy through entrepreneurship.
Tina M. Payne is a strong believer in manifesting your desires. She is the founder of Tina M Payne Consulting and Grace Health Scrubs, a uniform store located in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a 6-figure Scrubs Business Strategist, Tina walks people through the blueprint of starting and operating their scrubs business. She teaches that it is much more to the business, than just acquiring inventory and a replicated website.
In 2019, she created Scrub Shop Academy®, an online program that helps nurses go from wearing scrubs to launching their own scrubs business. Tina has helped over 200 nurses and other health professionals with the step-by-step tools to launch their own online, mobile, and storefront scrubs business independently. Several of her students have Mobile Scrub trucks, warehouses, multiple stores, and online stores.
Tina is an international speaker, published author, and executive contributor of a magazine. In 2020, during the pandemic Tina was able to finally walk away from her bedside nursing job and is 100% self-employed.
